Brexit Shipping Update: Good news for our EU customers:
We’re now IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop) members, which means any orders from us to EU countries will not incur any additional duties or customs charges. You can shop with confidence, knowing there will be no surprise fees at delivery.
Please note: To qualify for IOSS, the total order value should not exceed €150.
Returns Policy
If you’re not 100% satisfied, return your purchase (with valid receipt/order confirmation) within 30 days and we’ll refund your item cost within 5 working days of receipt. Please include your name, address, order ID and reason for return. We refund only the original item cost, not return postage.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Incorrect or Faulty Items
If your item is faulty or incorrect, we’ll refund the item cost, initial delivery, and recorded return postage (with receipt).
Unhappy Customers (Change of Mind)
Returns for “change of mind” are refunded for the original item cost only, please use recorded delivery as we can’t accept liability for lost returns. Refunds go back to the original card used. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
