Greasy roots by day two, and still flaking. It is why a lot of people with oily hair skip conditioner altogether.

That makes it worse. This is a lightweight, silicone-free conditioner for greasy hair. Tea Tree oil and Neem work on the scalp, Panthenol smooths the lengths, and nothing sits at the roots.

         Helps relieve itchy scalp discomfort

Leaves nothing sitting at the roots to add to build-up

         Smooths and detangles rough-feeling lengths

Light enough for fine hair, and suits curly and textured hair too

    Benefits

    Light Enough for Oily Roots

Most conditioners are built for dry hair, which is why they sit heavy on greasy roots and have you washing again a day early. This one uses a light base and light oils, Moringa in particular, so the lengths get softened and the roots are left alone.

    For Flaky, Itchy Scalps

An itchy scalp and visible flakes usually arrive together, and treating only one is why the problem keeps circling back. Tea Tree oil and Neem help keep the scalp fresh and comfortable, and Menthol cools the itch on contact.

    Silicone-Free, So Nothing Builds Up

Silicones coat the hair shaft and accumulate over time. On a flake-prone scalp that is the last thing you want, because build-up traps oil and feeds the yeast associated with dandruff. This formula is silicone-free, sulphate-free and paraben-free.

    Works Alongside the Shampoo

Our shampoo cleanses the scalp. This softens what washing leaves rough. Using both is what turns an anti-dandruff routine into something you will actually stick with, and consistency is what gets results.

Laboratory Tested Against the Yeast Behind Dandruff

    How to Use

    1. Shampoo
first with Ayumi Anti-Dandruff Scalp Shampoo and rinse thoroughly.

    2. Squeeze
out excess water so the conditioner can absorb properly.

    3. Apply
from mid-length to ends. Avoid the roots, since conditioner sitting on the
scalp adds to build-up, and build-up feeds flaking.

    4. Leave
    for two to five minutes.

    5. Rinse
with cool or lukewarm water until hair feels clean and smooth.

    Safety Precautions
    • For external use only
    • Avoid direct contact with eyes
    • Rinse thoroughly with water if contact occurs
    • Discontinue use if irritation develops
    • Do not apply to broken or inflamed skin
    • Keep out of reach of children
    • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
    • Patch test before first use if prone to sensitivity

    FAQ

    What does conditioner actually do?

It smooths the hair cuticle after shampooing, which is what makes hair feel soft and comb through easily. Shampoo lifts oil and dirt from the scalp and leaves the cuticle slightly roughened; conditioner lays it back down. This one adds Tea Tree oil and Neem, so it works on the scalp as well as the lengths.

Is it suitable for curly or textured hair?

Yes. It suits straight, wavy, curly and textured hair. Curly and coily hair usually wants more product through the lengths, so work it through in sections and give it the full five minutes before rinsing.

    How do I use it?

Shampoo first and rinse. Squeeze out excess water, then apply from mid-length to ends and keep it off the roots. Leave for two to five minutes and rinse with cool or lukewarm water. Cool water is worth the small discomfort, as it helps the cuticle lie flat.

Will it work on fine hair?

Yes, and it is one of the reasons it is formulated this way. Fine hair goes limp under heavy conditioners and silicones. This one is silicone-free with a light base, so use a small amount, keep it to the ends, and rinse thoroughly.

    Does conditioner help with dandruff?

It supports the shampoo rather than replacing it. Ours was tested in vitro against Malassezia furfur, a yeast associated with dandruff, showing a 61.6% reduction within five minutes. Just as importantly, it stops the lengths feeling stripped, which is the main reason people abandon an anti-dandruff routine before it has had time to work.

How long should I leave it in?

Two to five minutes. Longer does not add much on a lightweight formula, and leaving it in without rinsing properly is how residue ends up at the roots. If you are short on time, two minutes while you finish your shower is enough.

How often should I use it?

Every time you shampoo. If you are using the anti-dandruff shampoo two to three times a week, condition on each of those washes. There is no benefit to skipping it.

Will it make my hair greasy?

No. It is lightweight and silicone-free, so it softens without leaving residue. If your hair does feel greasy afterwards, you are almost certainly using too much or applying it too close to the roots.

Can I use conditioner after anti-dandruff shampoo?

Yes, and you should. Anti-dandruff shampoos cleanse thoroughly, which can leave the lengths rough. Conditioning restores that without undoing the work on your scalp.

Where should I apply it if I have dandruff?

Mid-length to ends. The shampoo handles the scalp; the conditioner handles the hair.
